The English club Birmingham City’s ambition is to offer the services of John Terry, the former defender of Chelsea.
John Terry (36 years old) arrived last may at the end of his adventure at Chelsea. He could then take the decision to stop his career, but this is not in its intentions. The former captain of the Three Lions still wants to play, even if it means having for the first time to cross the Blues as an opponent in the future.
Terry has the keys with the teams of the Premier League, but also other Championship. Birmingham City and his coach Harry Redknapp, for example, part of his courtiers. The experienced English technician has even confessed to being a great captain in JT. “It is a fantastic captain and a great leader. We have made him a good offer, we have done our best. It is up to John to see now, but we would like to have it in Birmingham”, he confided.
Terry has more than 500 matches for his country in the elite English. Redknapp is convinced that by his or her experiences, the defender would be a great contribution to its formation and may help to regain the Premier League for the first time since 2011. “He could still play for any team. It still has some good years ahead of him,” he added.
