The midfielder of Chile considers that this Germany B is a very competitive team and expects a final complicated this Sunday.
Chile will find Germany in the final of the Confederations Cup, this Sunday evening (20h). If the two teams were able to play an encounter in the group stage (2-2), Arturo Vidal has not changed his mind about the group of young people led by Joachim Löw.
EDITORIAL – The Confederations Cup ends in indifference is total
In the press conference, Vidal highlighted the talent of this selection : “There has been talk of a B-team, but these players are far better than those who are not there, physically they are the best. From the beginning, I had seen Germany as a finalist. It is a very strong team, who press, at any time, with players very fast”, commented the midfielder, confident that Chile has a great shot to play if he manages to impose itself : “We have a proven track record against all teams. They beat Argentina in the following two years (of success in the Copa America, editor’s note), they beat Portugal European champion. If we beat Germany, we will have the best selection of the world, because here there were all champions.”
